The two-lane traffic arrangement at Shek O Road near Lan Nai Wan was fully resumed today (February 29) in the afternoon. Photo shows the construction of a concrete capping beam earlier at the scene, which formed part of the emergency slope stabilisation works necessary for reopening the relevant traffic lane.
