The Highways Department today (March 21) said that a section of the westbound traffic lane at Yiu Hing Road will be reopened on March 23. Photo shows the works of further reinforcing the rock surfaces on the higher locations of the slope using dowel bars and shotcrete earlier at the scene, which formed part of the repair works for the natural slope above Yiu Hing Road.
