The Highways Department Customer Satisfaction Measurement 2023

The Highways Department (HyD) has appointed NielsenIQ (Hong Kong) Limited to conduct a customer satisfaction measurement from November 2023 to May 2024.

Purpose:

To measure the degree of satisfaction of the public with respect to the current services of the Highways Department. The result will be taken as reference for the department in future planning and enhancement of services.
